Ron Young and his wife, Kathy, reside in LeroyTownship, where they have lived since 1987. Theyhave five daughters and one grandchild. Since 2011,and previously from 1997 through 2004, Ron hasrepresented eastern Lake County as its StateRepresentative in the Ohio General Assembly. Ronserved in the United States Army for four years.Upon his honorable discharge, he attended KentState University, where he received a BA of Psychology and a Certificate in Education fromCleveland State University. He taught in the publicschool system just after graduation. In 1981, Ronfounded Technical Employment Services Inc (TES),which focuses on Engineering, Scientific andIndustrial segment job placement.

 Ken, son of missionary parents, spent his earlychildhood years in Brazil and Peru. He graduatedfrom Loma Linda University School of Medicine in1973 and began practicing Plastic andReconstructive surgery in Dayton, Ohio in 1981. Hehas served as Secretary of the Montgomery CountyMedical Society, in Dayton, Ohio and as Delegate tothe Ohio State Medical Association. Last year, alongwith other concerned Ohio physicians, Dr.Christman helped lead efforts to oppose plans bythe State Medical Board of Ohio to impose newMaintenance of Licensure requirements onphysician practicing in this state.

Legal Strategies to Combat the War on Doctors andPatients.
 Andrew Schlafly, Esq.
 Andy Schlafly is the General Counsel for theAssociation of American Physicians & Surgeons. Mr.Schlafly received his law degree magna cum laudefrom Harvard Law School, where he served as aneditor on the Law Review. He clerked for JudgeDouglas H. Ginsburg on the Court of Appeals for theD.C. Circuit and has taught at Seton Hall Law School,and speaks and writes widely. He filed the landmarklawsuit against the Texas Medical Board, and lastyear he deposed its Executive Director and itsformer President. He also led the filing by AAPS of 8 amicus briefs against ObamaCare, which is morethan any other organization. Last month Mr.Schlafly launched the AAPS lawsuit against theABMS.

 Dr. Dubravec was born and raised in Illinois. Heattended the University of Illinois for bothundergraduate and medical school. He completedan Army residency, fellowship inAllergy/Immunology, and a 4 year commitmentprior to moving to Cadillac, MI, where he has beenin solo practice for the past 12 years. In addition todoing the bidding of his wife and children, hisinterests include the issue of board certification. Heenjoys the outdoors, is organist for his church, hasbeen a teacher for his homeschooled children, andis director of marionettes for the Great White PinePuppet Company. He is very appreciative of theAAPS, Dr. Benbassat, Dr. Kempen, and all individualsfor taking on this issue of board certification.

 Juliette Madrigal, M.D.
 AAPS President Dr. Juliette Madrigal-Dersch, M.D. isa graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, TexasA&M Medical School, and was Chief Resident atOklahoma Univ. School of Medicine. She started herown traditional medical practice in 1992 in MarbleFalls, Texas. In addition Dr. Madrigal is currently theBurnet County Health Authority and MedicalDirector of the Horseshoe Bay, Spicewood, andMarble Falls Fire Departments. Dr. Madrigal has anactive speaking schedule including appearances onthe Nick Cavuto show, NBC News, town hallmeetings, and briefings to Congress on Capitol Hill.

Opposing MOC via Organized Medicine

 Dr. Huntoon is editor-in-chief of the
Journal of  American Physicians and Surgeons.
He is also a pastpresident of the AAPS, serves on the AAPS board of directors and is chairman of the AAPS Committee toCombat Sham Peer Review. He is an unrepentantlampoonist, whose subjects have included Medicarebureaucrats, otherwise known as the Blue Bunglers,managed care moguls, and others who are intenton demeaning, devaluing, attacking, and oppressingthose who practice medicine. In addition to hiscollection of managed care cartoons, known asHuntoon Lampoons, his creations have included theWEDONT CARE HMO Card, and his collection of correspondence with HCFA and Medicare
bureaucrats, known as “Little Frank,” which now
stands over ten feet tall and weighs well over 200pounds. Trained as a medical research scientist witha Ph.D. in neurophysiology, Dr. Huntoon is apracticing solo neurologist who is opted out of Medicare and runs a third party-free practice in theBuffalo area.
