The 3 remaining planes all have two directions with equivalent resolved stresses in the [111] direction for a total of 6 slip directions

Its relaxation time will be substantially larger than glass B which has a greater amount of network modifier. b) The excess volume of a glass increases with cooling rate. Thus, the density of a glass will decrease with increasing cooling rate.
