A regular meeting of The Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County oMorris, State of New Jersey, was held on April 24, 2013, in the Borough of Madison, Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, 50 Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey. The meeting began at 8:00 p.m.Clerk of the Board Diane M. day of April, 2013 has been providedthrough resolution adopted by this Board at its Regular Meeting held at theAdministration and Records Building on March 13, 2013, to the Star Ledger,the Daily Record, and the Record through posting on the County website and byfiling a copy of same with the Morris County Clerk and the Clerk of thisBoard.
ROLL CALL

All meeting minutes fromApril 10, 2013On motion by Freeholder Cesaro and seconded by Freeholder Grossi, theminutes were approved.--
COMMUNICATIONS
1. The Schooley’s Mountain Fire Protection Association/Fire Department isasking permission to use the intersection of Schooley’s Mountain Road(CR 517) and Springtown Road on Sunday, May 12 and Saturday,September 14 from8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a “coin drop” fundraiser.2. The Long Hill Township Chamber of Commerce is asking permission toclose a portion of Long Hill Road (County Route 605) from9:00 a.m. to4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 2 (rain date June 9) to hold the MillingtonDowntown Day event.3. The Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Morris County is asking permissionto hang a banner across Main Street (County Route 513) in ChesterBorough fromJuly 3 – 23 to advertise the 4-H Fair taking Place July 18 - 21.

The Montville Township First Aid Squad is asking permission to use theintersection of Changebridge Road (CR 621) and Horseneck Road for afund raiser “coin toss” on Saturday, May 18 from10:00 a.m. to1:00 p.m.5. The American Legion Ambulance Corps of Standhope-Netcong is askingpermission to use the intersection at Allen Street (County Route 631)and Ledgewood Ave. for its annual “Coin Drop” fundraiser for thefollowing dates:Friday, June 14 from2:00 to 7:30 p.m.Saturday, June 15 from8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and(rain dates June 21 and June 22)Friday, September 6 from2:00 to 7:30 p.m. andSaturday, Sept. 7 from8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.(rain dates Sept. 20 and 21)6. The MendhamBusiness Association is asking permission to hang a banneracross Route 24 (CR 510) in MendhamBorough fromMay 31 to June 11 toannounce the Annual Sidewalk/Garage SalesRequest fromRoad Inspection Supervisor for the following road openingpermits:7. 13-08 Zuccaro, Inc. to open Whippany Road at Parsippany Road inHanover Township for traffic signal upgrades.8. 13-09 Coli Construction Inc. to open Central Avenue in Madison toinstall a stormdrain connection.9. 13-10 New Jersey Natural Gas to open the Boulevard (CR 618) inMountain Lakes to install a gas main.On motion by Freeholder Cesaro and seconded by Freeholder Grossi, therequests were approved.
