functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder and Asperger’s
Disorder. Your child can conquer his or her fears and participate more fully in home, school, and community life with this innovative program for children 8-14 years old.
About the “Face Your Fears” Group:
”Face Your Fears Program” is an affordable 14
This group is for high-functioning children who are verbally fluent, have a diagnosis on the autism spectrum, and also have difficulties managingtheir anxiety.
This group focuses on helping children and their parents identify their worries, develop coping strategies, and
practice “facing their Fears” with guidance and support from group facilitators.
Parent participation is vital for sustainingstrategies, therefore parent and child participation are required.
