Brief
Produce an exhibition book illustrating the 3 years of work from fine Artist Alex Dodgeson.

Overview
Alex wanted his book to be called Paint to bring together all of his projects under a single logo or tagline.

Logo
The paint logo has been created using a simple combination of type, to be clear and straight to the point.

Typography
I used Neutraface for the logo as its bold and eye catching while using Helevitca Monospaced for all the body copy.

Range
I wanted to expand the deliverables past the 68pp book into a range of 5 canvas posters and exhbition invites.

Stock
To fit in with Alexs paint concept I printed all the collateral on Canvas material. Using canvas meant I was also printing on material I havent seen being used before in this way, ensuring that my work stands out.

Editorial
The book consists of a 68pp publication, perfect bound printed on 230g uncoated stock for the cover and 150g silk for inside pages. I had also ordered 2 copies unbound to then print custom canvas covers to hand bind.Due to budget restrictions this was my only option.

Exhibition Collateral
Using existing imagery from the book I created a range of 4 exhibition posters at A2 scale printed on Canvas. To accompany the posters I also produced exhibition flyers printed on canva.

Exhibition mock up
For the Paint exhibition the front banner of LCA will have a canvas cover hung on the disply board. While the exhibtion will be white framed photographs mounted on the walls with titles and discriptions stuck to the wall with matt black vinyl.
