Limited Warranty
Logitechwarrantsthatanyhardwareproductaccompanyingthisdocumentationshallbefreefromsignificantdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateofpurchase.Logitech’slimitedwarrantyisnontransferableandislimitedtotheoriginalpurchaser.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryunderlocallaws.Remedies.Logitech’sentireliabilityandyourexclusiveremedyforanybreachofwarrantyshallbe,atLogitech’soption,to:(a)repairorreplacethehardware,providedthatthehardwareisreturnedtothepointofpurchaseorsuchotherplaceasLogitechmaydirect,withacopyofthesalesreceipt,or(b)refundthepricepaid.Anyreplacementhardwarewillbewarrantedfortheremainderoftheoriginalwarrantyperiodorthirty(30)days,whicheverislonger.Theseremediesarevoidiffailureofthehardwarehasresultedfromaccident,abuse,ormisapplication,oranyunauthorizedrepair,modificationordisassembly.UponrequestfromLogitech,youmustprovethedateoforiginalpurchaseofthehardwarebyadatedbillofsaleordateditemizedreceipt.Disclaimerofwarranty.thewarrantiesexpresslysetforthinthisagreementreplaceallotherwarranties.LogitechANDITSSUPPLIERSexpresslydisclaimallotherwarranties,including,butnotlimitedto,theimpliedwarrantiesofmerchantabilityandfitnessforaparticularpurposeandnoninfringementofthird-partyrightswithrespecttotheHARDWARE.NoLogitechdealer,agent,oremployeeisauthorizedtomakeanymodification,extension,oradditiontothiswarranty.Somejurisdictionsdonotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationmaynotapplytoyou.Limitationofliability.InnoeventwillLogitechoritssuppliersbeliableforanycostsofprocurementofsubstituteproductsorservices,lostprofits,lossofinformationordata,oranyotherspecial,indirect,consequential,orincidentaldamagesarisinginanywayoutofthesaleof,useof,orinabilitytouseanylogitechproductorservice,evenifLogitechhasbeenadvisedofthepossibilityofsuchdamages.InnocaseshallLogitech’sANDITSSUPPLIERS’TOTALliabilityexceedtheactualmoneypaidfortheLOGITECHproductORSERVICEGIVINGRISETOTHELIABILITY.Somejurisdictionsdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabovelimitationorexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.Theabovelimitationswillnotapplyincaseofpersonalinjurywhereandtotheextentthatapplicablelawrequiressuchliability.
