Life and biography:
Zakir Qureshi attended Govt Boys School of Santabad and completed his matriculation. After then he went to Allama Iqbal College for intermediate education.Zakir Qureshi was born inKarachi, Pakistan as Muhammad Zakir Qureshi on 16 February 1967. He got the inspirationfrom his father Chef Abdulaziz Qureshi. He was a great chef of that time. He used to work for 
Pakistan International Airlines as a chef. It was in 1960’s when all the foreign people
appreciated his fathe
r’s cooking and on hearing this he was very impressed of his father. He
started his education from Qulsoom Bai Valika School.
Profession Career and Practical Life:
Zakir started his professional career in 1980 by practicing at Sheraton Hotel Karachi. Sixmonths later he continued practicing at Avari Hotel. The after a year he went to PearlContinental Hotel Karachi.Six months later Chef Zakir moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates where he spent two yearsworking in two famous hotels of that time, then he went to Singapore in 1988 where he stayedfor a year. After a year he went to South Africa for seven years where he studied as well asdone some jobs in various hotels and restaurants. After that he moved to Botswana and livedthere for 3 years.After his stay in United Kingdom for 11 years he made his return to Pakistanwhere he started his TV career for Indus TV. Then in year 2006 he started working for Hum TVthen after that in 2007 he joined Masala TV. He is the top ranking chef of Pakistan and one of the best in the world. He is also popular in foreign countries. He own two restaurants "CliftonGrill Restaurant" & "Shan-e-Mughlai Restaurant"
