That from thebeginning they had designated a "special security zone" inside of the GS,and said that any Palestinians who entered would be shot.But even more of a problem than not getting the whole story is not gettingany story at all. Currently journalists are being turned away from the Gazaborder, subsequently having zero contact with the Palestinians, but beingsurrounded by Israelis who just so happen to be available to cart themaround to various scenes of terror, and tell their side of the story.I'm not siding with either Palestine or Israel (not here, at least), but "theunprecedented denial of access to Gaza for the world’s media amounts toa severe violation of press freedom and puts the state of Israel in thecompany of a handful of regimes around the world which regularly keep journalists from doing their jobs.”
