NYSDOT PAVING ON STATE ROUTE 3 NEAR GREAT BEND, JEFFERSON COUNTY Please be advised that the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will be paving on State Route 3 between Great Bend and Deferiet, Town of Champion, Jefferson County. Work will begin on or about Friday, May 31 and is expected to be completed by Friday, June 7. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and a pilot vehicle.
