FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS
It is expected that you will fold each page as shownbelow, then punch holes and add the pages to a half-sized, 3-ring binder. Another alternative is to fold eachpage as shown below and have a local copy/printcompany bind the pages using spiral binding with a clearplastic cover.
