II. What Should I Consider as I PrepareMy Comments for EPA?
1. Submitting CBI. Do not submitcomments that include CBI to EPAthrough EDOCKET, regulations.gov or e-mail. Clearly mark the part or all of theinformation that you claim to be CBI.For CBI information in a disk or CD–ROM that you mail to EPA, mark theoutside of the disk or CD–ROM as CBIand then identify electronically withinthe disk or CD–ROM the specificinformation that is claimed as CBI.
