Constitution and Justice Committee
In 2002 Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen died under suspicious
circumstances in office, and a complaint was then filed by a
relative/acquaintance alleging murder. However, in 2002, family
and friends of Mr Cohen could not provide a plausible motive for
the murder. Today, additional information was filed with the Israel
Police by Joseph Zernik, PhD, of Human Rights Alert (NGO),
providing evidence that the motive was unlawful takeover of the
Israeli Supreme Court electronic record systems. As Chief Clerk,
Mr Cohen held the ultimate administrative authority for the
Supreme Court's servers, and probably held the relevant
passwords and access authorities. Following his death, numerous
decision records of the Israeli Supreme Court were falsified and
forged and today's electronic records, according to the 2013
United Nation's Human Rights Council report suffer from lack of
integrity. Since the death of Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen, the
office is occupied by Ms Sarah Lifschitz with no lawful appointmnet
record, and her conduct should be deemed establishment of a
simulated Office of the Clerk.

with the Israel Police, related to two previous complaints, etc, as a request for
the immediate establishment of a Parliamentary Investigative Committee
relative to two complaints, previously filed with the Israel Police: a. March 27,
2002 Complaint, filed in the Yarkon District by Oholivah Perez Izescu,
pertaining to the death of Chief Clerk Shmaryahu Cohen, and b. April 16,
2012 Complaint, filed by Joseph Zernik, PhD against today's Chief Clerk Ms Sarah Lifschitz.
The issues are also explained in the press released, copied below 13-06-03
Additional evidence filed with Israel Police and the Knesset, relative to the
death of Supreme Court Chief Colerk Shmaryahu Cohen in 2002.
