OnDaley'sinvolvementinCFPBmatters:Mr.Daleywillcomplywithallapplicableethicsrulesandwillrecusehimself fromparticularmattersanddiscussionsinvolvinghisformeremployer,JPMorgan.AsChiefofStaff,Mr.Daleymaybe involvedinmattersinvolvingtheCFPBandisnotrecusedfromthosematters.However,Mr.Daleyhaschosennotto participateintheprocessofselectinganomineeforCFPBdirector.PeteRousewillbethestaffleadinthatprocess.
