Healthy Lifestyle Action Taking!
With nearly 60 Percent of the USA obese or overweight, and over 300,000Obesity related deaths each year, we have a real problem! The problem is that of people not taking action and changing their lives for the better. People complainabout their weight and health problems constantly, but most do not do anything toaddress their problems. Most people DO NOT TAKE ACTION! Taking action is saying to yourself, enough is enough and I am sick and tiredof being sick and tired, so I will now make the change to a healthy lifestyle. Onceyou do this you will instantly feel better about your situation because the guilt willbe gone and your excuses of blaming everyone and everything else but YOU, will beno more.When I was Obese and over 305 pounds, it was my fault. The only actions Iwas taking were drinking and eating junk. My sleep schedule was out of whack andI was not exercising regularly. Almost all the time, your Obesity and bad habits, orUN-HEALTHY Lifestyle is your fault. There is no more time for excuses. Your excusesonly hurt yourself. I took action, even though I thought I had everything goingagainst me: wide body structure, big-boned,came from family of heavy eaters,snacks and sodas and candies were always around, growing-up chubby and fat.Even with all those factors affecting me, I still took action. Taking Action led me tolosing 100 pounds and simply changed my life for the better. A healthy lifestylemakes a healthier and more positive person!Who Are Action Takers?Anyone who stops the excuses and starts working on themselves are Action Takers! My clients are action takers. The nearly 100 people I work with in the One-On-One, Small Group, and Large Group Personal Trainingare all Action Takers!
