Your feedback is veryimportant to us.Below we identified our priority issuesthat we scored lower on than our state peer group or areas that were mostimportant to you.
Watkins Manor

Priority issues we will be working onfor family is: accuracy of bills,meaningfulness of activities, grow asa person opportunities. For residentsthey are: meaningfulness of activities,care and concern of staff, responsive-ness of management and quality of amenities.

 Next month we will share the manywonderful comments we receivedfrom residents and families.

Overall satisfaction scores went up5% from 83% to 88%! That is a greattestament to the wonderful care of our staff and the great collaboration withour families. Our goal is to reach90% satisfaction by 2010.

Priority issues for family we will beworking is: safety of personal belongings, timely updates andcommunication with family aboutresident, and quality of amenities.

for their customerswho reside at Watkins Manor.
