Dear Brenda and Staff, I am sending you my incredible weight loss testimonial.
I am a 28y old female, and was a picky eater all my life. My weight ranged during

my later years from146-218l bs. My max throughout these years was 223lbs.
I was bedridden for 2 years 2005-2007 with severe RSD pain and depression.
During these 2 years I ate a few teaspoons of yogurt for breakfast, No lunch, and

supper was 4 graham crackers with peanut butter & jelly with a glass of milk.
That was it far 2 years straight & I gained weight! I realize now that the weight
gain was due to not enough food, medications, inactivity, no vitamins,
nutrients & No Water....Dehydration! They say" you are what you eat" Well
that is certainly true...I was a Dry Crumbling Cracker!
Through these years I have always been a "weight watcher" concerned if I had
gained weight & getting depressed over it.
I had trouble loosing weight ever since I can remember. I have tried all the weight
loss gimmicks on the market such as : dexatrim, slim fast, Oprah's green
tea, the Newest Hoodia Patch & STARVATION. None of them ever worked.
It would take me 6 months to loose 3 lbs & if I ate like a "normal person" for 2

days I would gain the 3 lbs plus more back!
When I started Your calorie Shifting Plan May 19, 2008 I weighed 223 lbs!

diet as it say on your program. I am now eating much more food than I used to &
taking vitamins.
Within 4 weeks to the day of starting Your Diet planI lost 43 lbs ! And within 3
months I lost a total of 89 lbs! and Today in Total I lost 112 lbsI now
weigh 106 lbs !
