INT: BEDROOM – MORNINGView of an alarm clock set at 7 o’clockbuzzing (alarm is going off). A hand comesinto shot hitting the alarm off, as thishappens non-diegetic, cheery and light musicbegins. Boy gets out of bed and sits on theside looking tired, in his pajamas’ and rubshis face in an effort to wake himself up.JAKE is tall and has tufty blond hair is andquite attractive, he is quite skinny.Bedroom is fairly plain, the room of anaverage 20 year old boy. He has a double bedwith the window behind it which has blue andgreen blinds. A wardrobe is opposite him ashe sits up on his bed. His room has a TV andcomputer in is slightly unorganised. JAKEgets up off his bed and walks towards thecamera, JAKE then walks past the camera,leaving the room.INT: HALLWAY - MORNINGJAKE strolls across from his bedroom intothe bathroom still in his pajamas’, turningon the light and shutting the door.INT: BATHROOM – MORNINGHand is shown turning on the shower followedby a shot of the shower head with watercoming out of it. JAKE has towel wrappedaround him with wet hair (has just had ashower) and is brushing his teeth. He bendsdown to spit and written in the mirror is

JAKE walks towards awatch and picks it up, is surprised by howlate it is.JAKEShitJAKE runs out of the bathroom.INT:HALLWAY - MORNINGJAKE runs across from bathroom back tobedroom holding onto his towel.JAKEShit shit shit shitINT:HALLWAY - MORNINGJAKE comes bursting out of his room and ishurriedly pulling on his trousers whilsttrying to run down the corridor.JAKEShit shit shitINT: STAIRS – MORNINGJAKE is running hurriedly down the stairstucking in his shirt and doing up his tie atthe same time and runs through into thekitchen.JAKEShit shit

KITCHEN – MORNINGJAKE gets some orange juice out of fridgeand then closes the fridge door and walksout of shot. On the fridge door is a pieceof magnets held on by fridge magnets whichsays 'Directed by Laura Smith'. JAKE issitting at table eating cereal with a cup oforange juice, he reaches for the cereal boxin front of him and knocks it over.JAKEShitOn the table written in the cereal is 'LiviaWalsh'.INT: HALLWAY – MORNINGPost drops through letter box. JAKE picks upby an over the shoulder shot we see on theevelope is writtern 'Produced by EllisClark'.INT: HALLWAY – MORNINGCamera is looking at briefcase by the door.JAKE walks into shot, picking up briefcaseand walks out door and a work book is leftbehind from under the briefcase. Camerastays looking at door and begins zoomingout, after a few seconds JAKE runs backthrough door- he has forgotten his workbook.
