This was in one of my workshops as an assignment a few years ago, when I was studying. Some of the key points in presenting your ideas verbally, either to an audience or singular person - The workshop was to demonstrate, issues in management and leadership skill. Although, I can’t read or understand your Egyptian language in this book, I do recommend it to others for knowledgeable input – thanks for the shear.
