Re: Missing "Protocols" document in CHRC DisclosureDear Parties and Tribunal,This is in response to Mr. Topham's request for further disclosure as found in his email of April 20, 2009. Mr. Topham writes that since the complaint includes elements referringto the notorious anti-semitic forgery "Protocols of the Elders of Zion" that this documentshould have been part of the disclosure of the Commission.It is the position of the Commission that since this document is not part of its file. Thereis no obligation to disclose a document which I do not have.
