of a unique program which incorporates karate training and self-defense regimens including operationsmanuals, training and instruction programs that include Grandmaster Samane’s Karate methods and PROMARTIAL ARTS martial arts physical fitness techniques and character building education. We have rights to andown the name “PRO MARTIAL ARTS By Grandmaster Samane” and a unique System for the operation of a karateschool utilizing skilled instructors trained in the Grandmaster Samane’s Karate methods.
