Ralph Waldo Emerson once said: "…the game is to say somethingnew with old words". This saying inspired us when working on this is-sue. From the beginning we were aware that this issue is not the firstof its kind nor the last. However, it is done our own way; the EnglishGroup’s way. Our small baby got the tenderest touches of care. It wasfed with love and dedication, and raised with high compassion andpatience. What was once a helpless creature is put today on its bestshape between your hands dear readers. Today, our baby is taking thefirststepintoadult'sworld.Therefore,despitehowharshyourjudg-ment may be, we request that you treat it the same way we did andnot abandon it. For no matter how old it gets, it will always be our littlepeddler who required hard work from us to come into the real world inits current shape. This issue aims to reveal SQU students' creativity, working on ittook two full semesters of hard work, collecting works written by stu-dents, selecting the best of them, checking every single word, design-ing the pages attractively, and the list goes on and on. Producing anissue of 34 pages, requires an unimaginable amount of strain andpersistence. However, seeing the finalversionoftheissuefilleduswithpride. It is worth every minute we spent working on it. And we assureyou that it is worth reading from cover to cover. At the end, we would like to express our gratitude for those who haddedicated their precious time and spent their strenuous efforts to sup-port this work and help promoting it.Progressio Team
