Analisis Jabatan 2012

Universitas Brawijaya (UB) menyelenggarakan Koordinasi Pelaksanaan Analisis Jabatan dan Analisis Beban Kerja Tahun 2012, Senin (27/2), di Gedung Widyaloka UB. Acara ini dibuka oleh Pembantu Rektor II Bidang Administrasi dan Keuangan Warkum Sumitro, SH., MH. Warkum mengatakan analisis jabatan tidak hanya dilakukan saat diminta oleh Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara (MENPAN) tetapi harus dilakukan setiap saat, sehingga terdapat kejelasan tugas pokok dan fungsi, uraian jabatan serta struktur organisasi. Hal tersebut memegang peranan penting dan merupakan titik awal dalam penataan kelembagaan dan kepegawaian dalam upaya pengadaan remunerasi serta penataan organisasi, jelas Warkum. Sementara itu Kepala Biro Administrasi Umum Dra. Ernani Kusdiantina, MM., mengatakan analisis jabatan sangat penting dilakukan dalam rangka menetapkan formasi pemenuhan kebutuhan CPNS. Selama moratorium ini, UB tetap dapat mengajukan tambahan pegawai untuk jabatan khusus seperti dosen, namun harus tetap berdasarkan laporan analisis jabatan. "Pengusulan tambahan formasi harus berdasarkan kebutuhan, dan harus dilakukan proses analisis jabatan, ujar Ernani. Dalam acara ini Kepala Bagian Kepegawaian Drs. Lukisan Edy Kuncoro dan Kasubbag. Pengembangan Sumberdaya Manusia Drs. Hadi Mulyono, M.AP., memberi penjelasan mengenai Penyusunan Peta Jabatan dan Analisis Beban Kerja. Hadi memberi petunjuk pengisian daftar isian analisis jabatan seperti ikhtisar jabatan, uraian tugas, alat kerja, hasil kerja, tanggung jawab, wewenang, dan sebagainya. Ia berharap agar proses analisis jabatan segera ditindaklanjuti di tingkat fakultas maupun rektorat sehingga pada tanggal 16 Maret sudah dikirim kepada MENPAN. [mit]

During this moratorium, UB was still able to submit additional employees for specialized positions such as lecturers, but it should remain based on job analysis report.
