14. Where animals have been entered and fees paid but not exhibited, no refunds can bemade.15. No perpetual Trophy can be won outright except on instruction of the sponsor.16. Any animal not properly handled will be escorted off the grounds.17. No animal should leave the ring while judging is in progress except with
permission.18. All bovines must be within the TB and Brucellosis test limit laid down by the Department of Agriculture & Food.19. Movement of Cattle must be recorded on CMMS 4 forms.20. All bovines must be correctly tagged with plastic tags in both ears.21. The onus is on the exhibitor to ensure the animal is eligible on the day for the class enteredin. If the animal is overweight of has changed teeth since entry, please inform the Stewartimmediately.22. Stallions are
allowed in any of the show classes or on show grounds.
