KEY ROYAL CONDOMINIUMS GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
COMMUNITY SPEED LIMIT/SPEED BUMPS:
The speed limit within the community is posted at 15 mph.
COMMON AREA FACILITIES:
The thatched cabana in the pool area is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, andtelevision. The refrigerator, sink, and television are for use by all Homeowners and each Homeowner isresponsible for clean up of the area after each use. The television is under Management control, and anyunauthorized adjustments to it may result in a fine.
SWIMMING POOL AND SPA:
The following rules and regulations are for the protection and benefit of allHomeowners and guests utilizing the swimming pool and/or spa:
THERE ARE NO PRIVATE PARTIES ALLOWED AT THE POOL AREA AT ANYTIME. ANYONE WHO DOES THIS WILL BE IN VIOLATION OF THE RULESAND REGULATIONS OF THE CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENTS AND FINED.

The pool and spa will be open for swimming from dawn until dusk, weather permitting. The poolarea and Tiki Hut will be open until 10 p.m. with no pool or spa use after dusk.
•
All persons using the pool and spa do so at their own risk.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!
•
Residents will be allowed a limit of
two
accompanied
guests per day. Residents must have blue pool pass to enter pool. Guests must have yellow pool pass to enter.
•
Residents will be held responsible for the actions of their guests.
•
The pool may be closed at any time due to either breakdown or other operational difficulties, andat the discretion of the Management.
•
All sunbathers must shower off suntan oil before entering the pool.
•
Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa at all times.
•
A Resident must accompany and be responsible for any person under the age of 13 while in theswimming pool, spa, and surrounding area. The minimum age for use of the spa is 6 years.
•
Special pool diapers must be used on any person that is not toilet trained.
•
Running, pushing, diving, wrestling, ball playing, playing loud music, or causing unduedisturbance in or about the pool area will not be tolerated.
•
No life preservers, tubes, rafts or play equipment may be used in the pool area.
•
All beverages, food or refreshments brought into the pool area must be in paper or plasticcontainers. No food or drink will be allowed inside the pool or in the spa.
•
No pets are allowed in the pool area.
•
Any person with a heart condition requiring medical care should consult with a physician beforeentering the spa.
