PREFACE
This paper has been prepared to clearly document my testimony regarding myincarceration at Elgin Middlesex Detention Center in London Ontario Canada, and thehuman rights abuses that were carried out against me, both prior to and during myincarceration from 4 November 2008 to 17 December 2008. Included is pertinent background information pertaining to the possible motivation behind these abuses. I havealso included relevant research information to support the existence and capabilities of these electromagnetic field and neurological based weapon technologies, which I havedocumented after being released from incarceration.My hope is that this combination will afford the reader clarity in scope whentrying to understand my case, and the larger national and international human rightsissues this case clearly encompasses, specifically relating to the right to “CognitiveLiberties”- ‘new ground’ for inalienable human rights in the 21
st
century.Along with this paper, I am including in PDF and Word Doc. format a collectionof research material I have collected so far in my effort to shed some light on thisseemingly ‘dark’ subject.
