vi) HOW YOU CAN HELP US

You can help to improve the quality of registration services by

1. interacting with Presiding Officers directly and giving feed back after Registration of document avoiding intermediaries.

1. Insisting on the Presiding Officers to give the reasons in writing when the document is not accepted or admitted / kept pending
or when the job is not completed within the time frame fixed in the Citizen Charter.

2. promoting transparency with true, correct declaration of facts in transactions through voluntary disclosure of the real
consideration and description of the property.

3. Personally presenting yourself as Buyer at the time of registration. (The maxim “Buyer beware!” should be borne in mind while satisfying yourself about the
“marketable title” over the property intended to be purchased.)

4. addressing the grievances forum i.e. Vigilance wing set up in each Zone to find out solution to any problems concerning Registration/EC/CCs or by way of
suggestion to improve the quality of service.
