32 Middle roads423576Dear MikeI am writing this letter because frankly I am just sick and tired of the shabbytreatment I got at Crystal Ruby Parkway parade.The food at Crystal Ruby is supposed to be good but I tell you its just rubbish, la!soggy prawns, dead lettuce and overcooked rice its like pig swill. The family andme went for our usual Sunday feed and what do we get, left-overs. You wouldn’tfeed it to dogs, come to think of it, I think that was on the menu.And as for the wait staff, what a bunch of losers. Dirty grimy shirts and aprons, itmade my stomach heave. You’ve got a lot of middle age and older folks workingthere as well, is this a retirement home or a place of work? You know us guys likea few young ladies who are easy on the eye, la! Even the wife mentioned the oldfoggies.But the real disaster came at the cash register, are you kiddin’ me? $10 a headfor a buffet and $5 for kids including drinks. I’m sorry but in these times, you haveto give the working man a bit of a discount with 4 hungry mouths to feed and amercedes to run.I’m just so upset about out treatment at that restaurant that I’ve a good mindnever to cross the doorstep again. But I could change me mind, mind you, if acouple of meal vouchers or food hampers were to come my way. Any chance?Very unhappy eater Ima Conman

I am totally disappointed that thisis far from the truth. Last night we were served soggy prawns, dead lettuce andovercooked rice which seemed more fitting as animal feed than human food.My family and I were looking forward to our usual delectable Sunday feast butwhat we were served seemed to be like stale ‘left-overs’.Hence we were appalledthat these dishes even appeared in your menu.As for the staff and service, it was even more disastrous. Firstly, the waiters andwaitresses were shabbily dressed in unhygienically dirty and grimy shirts andaprons.This scene made our stomachs heave nervously as we ate the less thanpalatable looking food. We noticed that your serving staff were made up of manymiddle-aged and older folk that seemed to be forgetful, clumsy and unpleasant.Perhaps you could consider, as mentioned by my wife also, hiring younger andmore attractive female staff to make the dining experience more pleasant.
