Viewing a public library as a hall of learning has always been the tradition in America, and perhaps throughout the world. viewing a public library as a hall of propaganda information is not nearly as enticing, but a conception that should not be neglected in the ever present necessity to form the future as well as to rely upon the past and to live in the present. Libraries are nothing but "time capsules" in the sense that once produced, perceptions and information is stored there for persons of the present and the future to access. If propaganda is all that is stored there, how valuable can they be? Reliable information is everything unless one's interest is purely entertainment or rooted in sci-fi.
