Vitality Check
Vitality Check is a range of screening tests that help you identify your risk for lifestyle-related chronic conditions. Vitality Check costsR95 and if you are a Discovery Health member this amount is paid for you from the Screening Benefit. All adults over 18 can have aVitality Check at a pharmacy in the Vitality Wellness Network or their company’s Wellness Day and earn Vitality points. Bonus pointsare awarded when your results are in the clinically acceptable range.
