Angie Putri HaruntinaABSTRAKProgram Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat (jamkesmas) merupakan program jaminan kesehatan yang diperuntukkan khususnya bagi masyarakat miskin di Indonesia.Program jamkesmas di Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan ini menghadapi masalah mengenaipenolakan pasien jamkesmas yang berobat dikarenakan syarat dalam berobat jamkesmastidak lengkap sehingga pihak rumah rumah sakit tidak bisa memprosesnya. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan program jamkesmas di Rumah Sakit MataUndaan Kota Surabaya.Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulandata menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Selain itu analisa data dalam penelitian inimeliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data atau penarikan simpulan.Hasil penelitian mulai dari kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, tindakan, perhatiandan tanggung jawab staf jamkesmas Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan menunjukkan bahwapelayanannya sudah baik sesuai dengan harapan pasien. mengenai masalah penolakanpasien atau gagalnya pasien berobat jamkesmas memang dibenarkan oleh pihak staf  jamkesmas dikarenakan persyaratan untuk berobat jamkesmas tidak lengkap sepertiharus membawa fotocopy KTP, Kartu Keluarga, surat rujukan dan Surat Keterangan TidakMampu. Simpulan penelitian bahwa pelayanan program jamkesmas terdapat sedikitmasalah mengenai informasi kelengkapan syarat berobat jamkesmas sehingga munculmasalah di atas. Untuk itu diharapkan Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya lebihmeningkatkan kinerjanya serta diperlukan ketelitian dan kecepatan para pasien untukmenggali informasi mengenai syarat berobat jamkesmas.Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, Jamkesmas, Rumah Sakit

Haruntina ABSTRACT Public Health Insurance Program (health card) is a health insurance programdesigned especially for the poor in Indonesia. Health card program in Undaan Eye Hospital is facing the problem of rejection because the patient's condition in the treatment  jamkesmas jamkesmas incomplete treatment the hospital so that the parties can not  process it. This study aims to determine the health card program services at the EyeHospital Undaan Surabaya.The method used is descriptive qualitative techniques of data collection usinginterviews and observation. Besides the analysis of the data in this study include datareduction phase, data presentation and data verification or withdrawal conclusions.The results from the ability, attitude, appearance, action, attention and responsibility of staff jamkesmas Undaan Eye Hospital showed that the service has beengood to the expectations of the patient. on the issue of patient refusal or failure of the patient's treatment was justified by the health card health card staff because of therequirements to be treated as incomplete health card must bring copy of ID card, family card, letter of reference and a Certificate of Ability. Conclusion research that there is ahealth card program services slight problem regarding the completeness of informationrequirements jamkesmas treatment so it appears the problem above. For that expected Undaan Eye Hospital Surabaya further improve its performance, and the required accuracy and speed patients to obtain information about the treatment conditions jamkesmas.Keywords: Service, Jamkesmas, Hospital
