What the symbols mean

D.C. al Coda
D.C. is an abbreviation of the Italian phrase Da Capo, meaning "from the head."
The (D.C. al Capo) instruction at the end of measure 32 means go back to the start of the score and play until you come
across the (to Coda) instruction at the end of measure 16. This tells you to jump to the Coda symbol at measure 33 and
continue until the end.
Coda
A Coda is a short closing section added at the end of a music score.
In this score, the Coda consists of the last three measures.
