REALIGNING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS OBLIGATED UNDER THE 2012 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM ORIGINALLY INTENDED FOR THE PROJECTS, CANAL AT CHROME STREET FRONTING CHUAS RESIDENCE GOING TO MERCURY STREET AT MUYARGAS RESIDENCE GOING TO THE NATIONAL HOLE/DRAINAGE AND CONTINUATION OF ROAD AND RIPRAPPING AT IRON STREET FROM PEBIAFIEL RESIDENCE TO LOMBOYS RESIDENCE TO THE,CONTINUATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SENIOR CITIZENS BUILDING AT UPPER QUEZON HILL BARANGAY, AT QUEZON HILL BARANGAY, BAGUIO CITY.

EXPLANATORY NOTE WHEREAS, the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos under the 2012 Annual Investment Program of the City was originally intended for the canal at
Chrome Street fronting Chuas residence going to Mercury Street at Muyargas residence going to the national hole/drainage at Upper Quezon Hill Barangay, Baguio City;

WHEREAS, another amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos under the 2012 Annual Investment Program of the City was set aside for the continuation of road and
riprapping at iron street from Pebiafiel residence to Lomboys residence at the same barangay;

WHEREAS, Barangay Resolution No. 094 series of 2013, of Quezon Hill Barangay requests for the realignment of the above stated funds to continuation of the construction of a senior citizens building at Upper Quezon Hill barangay, Baguio City ; WHEREAS, finding the request reasonable and meritorious, the COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS recommends APPROVAL of the same. NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilors Nicasio S. Palaganas, Fred L. Bagbagen, Joel A. Alangsab and Daniel T. Farias duly seconded: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUGSOD NG BAGUIO, IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1: The total amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos under the 2012 Annual Investment Program be realigned from the Livelihood Training Center to the repair and improvement of barangay day care center at Outlook Drive Barangay, Baguio City. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect in accordance by the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991. UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED 20 May 2013
