OBJECTIVE OF STUDY
To study the quality of work life of employees at OUSHADI, KUTTANELLUR. To study whether the motivating factors and welfare activities affect

the quality of work life.

To analyze the relative factors affecting quality of work life among the workers.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
TYPE OF STUDY : Descriptive SOURCES OF INFORMATION :Primary data and Secondary data SAMPLE SIZE : 60 respondents

FINDINGS
The employees are motivated and satisfied with their working environment. There is a good relationship between the departments and employees. The employees gets adequate and fair compensation but all employees are not satisfied with their compensation. There is enough time and freedom to do the jobs of workers

SUGGESTIONS

Adopt alternative method for training Provide incentive package according to performance

Revision of wage scale for temporary employees

Consider all employees equally for giving fringe benefits

Reliability of the data Shortage of time Inaccurate results

CONCLUSION

The major purpose of this project work is to measure the quality of work life at Oushadhi, kuttanellur. The employees are motivated and satisfied with their working environment. The findings may helps the company to take decision making in future related to human recourses
