"Shaorma" gata in 5 minute
4 oua de prepelita (sau 2 oua de gaina);o lipie;1 fir ceapa verde;1/2 de rosie mare;2 felii subtiri de bacon;o felie de cascaval;1 lingura ketch-up facut in casa (sau suc de rosii amestecat cu usturoipisat si condimente)sare;piper;cimbru uscat;putin ulei de masline (pentru uns tigaia)
Mod de preparare
 Amestecam ouale cu bacon-ul taiat bucatele mici, apoi adaugam cascavalul taiat si el bucatele mici. Potrivim de sare si piper, punem si cimbru dupa gust.Punem o tigaie pe foc, ungem toata suprafata cu ulei de masline si turnam amestecul deoua avand grija ca acesta sa se imprastie pe toata suprafata tigaii, in strat subtire, ca oclatita. Lasam 1-2 minute pe o parte, apoi intoarcem pe cealalta parte si mai lasam 1minut.Intre timp, ungem lipia cu ketch-up de casa (sau suc de rosii amestecam cu usturoi) sitocam ceapa verde, taiem si rosia dupa bunul plac.Deasupra lipiei unse cu ketch-up de casa, punem "clatita" din oua. Peste aceasta presaramceapa verde tocata marunt si rulam strans.Pofta buna!
