On
September 12,
2001,
the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) mandated additionalimmediate security
measures
for
airport
and
aircraft
operators.
An
airport could
reopen
once
its
Federal Security Manager (FSM)orCivil Aviation Security Field
Office
(CASFO),asappropriate, communicated
to FAA
Headquarters that
all
security measures were
fully
implemented
at
that airport.
2. On
what date,
and at
what precise time,
did the

reopen
after
the
September
11,2001
terror attacks?
