The Liberty High School Cross Country/Track & Field program is a dynamic group of individuals driven to excellence, by the combined efforts of each team member. Family is a key component to the success of our program. We are enthused to offer this great opportunity to both educate and enlighten participants about the sport, and to provide safe, wholesome fun for members of the family. It is our goal to enrich all experiences with our sport as we provide individuals with tools to be great student-athletes, and citizens of society.

Camp Information
Time: Camp will be held 6:00-8:00pm daily Location: Liberty High School, 6300 Independence Ave. Bealeton, VA 22712 Dates: July 8-12, 2013 (Monday-Friday) Participants: All those individuals who have just completed K-8 grades Dont forget: A pair of sneakers, water bottle, something to sweat in, and a positive attitude. Details: Each day we will provide an informational session where participants will learn important aspect of being a team member. Some sessions will feature a guest speaker. Participants will also learn about the various events of Track & Field and take part in team building activities. Registration: Cost is $60 which includes a camp t-shirt and end of camp meal. Late registration (after June 21st) cost is $70. All checks should be made payable to LHS CC. Coaches Box
M.J. Carter: Head coach track & field with a focus on jumps and sprints. Competed in cross country and track & field at Virginia State University. Provides the team with energy through his passion for the sport. Has coached multiple all-district, region and state student-athletes.

Rachel Coaxum: Assistant track coach. Multiple school record holder and alum of LHS. Had a successful career on Marshall Universitys track and field team. She brings her vast knowledge of hurdling on board while providing the team with great charisma.

Doron White: Head coach cross country, assistant track coach. Multiple school record holder at James Madison University. He provides years of experience coaching both collegiate and high school student-athletes. Coached many all-district, region and state student-athletes. His main foci are throwing events.
