Feedbacks from staff should go to the higher management. Sad to say working discipline in Customs department is seen decreasing rapidly due to this integrity among the staff also affected. Some of the staff misbehave the organisation rules by clacking others punch card and avoid going to work without leave. Certain of the staff does not perform well on their job given. They did not follow the Key perf ormance indicator (KPI). Discrimination in organisation being talkable among the public sector, custom or ganisation also not exculeded from this list. Staffs feels unsatisfy with the annal increment that they earning every year. Beside that, some of scholarsh ip that government provide physically given priority to professional ranking. Therefore, chances for the lower ranking staff is questionable. time base promot ion is seem like bias. higher ranking staff getting their promotion quickly rath er that lower ranking staff. This issue makes the staff unhappy with their daily work. T hey have no mood to work since their working skill does not apprieteted.
