To Whom It May Concern/Members and National Assembly: This letter is to address concerns regarding the lack of transparencythat has become apparent in recent months. With all due respect, these alarming issues appear to have occurred within the LULACorganizational leadership, and I believe the accountability rests withthe national president of LULAC, Madam Margaret Moran. Thehistory of LULAC's well respected legacy rests with the currentrepresentatives of management. I ask for LULAC to continue itstransparency, fairness, responsibility to its humble members andfor the LULAC code to be upheld in the most sincere way.We have an immense responsibility to our donors and our past, present and future members.LULAC needs to be led by a person of high integrity and goodmorals, not one who is easily swayed by outside influences and self-interests. I feel, given the chance, current leadership will service itsmembers and donors well by providing swift concise responsesto the questions below that require further explanation. Thisweekend's convention would serve as the best opportunity andplatform to do so.As you all know, national LULAC elections are set to take place on June 22, 2013. We have an opportunity to affect the futureleadership. The following questions are asked for furtherclarification in order for a fair and well informed election to takeplace. The answers must be addressed as soon as possible orduring this weekend's convention.
