MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association \ue001or

Psychedelic Studies) is a membership-based
organization working to assist researchers
world-wide to design, \ue001und, conduct, obtain
governmental approval \ue001or, and report on
psychedelic research in humans. Founded in 1986,

MAPS is an IRS approved 501 (c)(3) non-proft
corporation \ue000unded by tax deductible
donations. MAPS is \ue001ocused primarily on assisting

scientists to conduct human studies to generate
essential in\ue001ormation about the risks and psycho-
therapeutic bene\ue000ts o\ue001 MDMA, other psychedelics,
and marijuana, with the goal o\ue000 eventually

gaining government approval \ue000or their medical
uses. Interested parties wishing to copy any portion

o\ue001 this publication are encouraged to do so and are
kindly requested to credit MAPS and include our
address. The MAPS Bulletin is produced by a small
