Period of treatment after the abdominal delivery longer then after the vaginal delivery. A new sectio caesarea patient is more safety if the patient allowed to leave the hospital after 4
after fetus delivery withcondition there was not complication in puerperium period. Many things could effected treatment period in hospital, they are; complication, indication for surgery, surgery planning, antibiotic consumptive, and type of abdominal surgery.
To know the amount of after section cesarean cases with treated period more than 5 days at department of obstetric and gynaecologi RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru in perio 1
The research is done to 99 sectio caesarea patient that wastreated for more than 5 days. The noted is done to days of treatment,complication, indication, surgery planning, antibiotic consumptive, and type of abdominal surgery. Then, data will displayed in tables and diagrams.
From 99 samples known that the most period of treatment is 6-8 days(62,63%), the most complication is wet injury (48,49%), cephalopelvicdisproportion is the most indication (20,20%), surgery are done to 86,89% case inemergency situation or non planning, more than half case given antibiotic after the surgery was done (94,95%), and 33,33% abdominal surgery are longitudinal (midline) type.
Most from the case treated for 6-8 days, most complication is wet injury, most indication is cephalopelvic disproportion, sectio caesarea are morelikely done in emergency or non planning situation, most of the case givenantibiotic after the surgery and the longitudinal (midline) is the most abdominal surgery type.
