The National Police Commission announces the conduct of the 7th POLICE EXECUTIVE SERVICE ELIGIBILITY (PESE) EXAMINATION for all qualified uniformed members of the pNp with the ranks of Police Chief lnspector and above with permanent status of appointment. The PESE Exam has two (2) phases - PHASE I is the WRITTEN EXAMINATION to oe conducted on AUGUST 25, 2013 in Metro Manila (NCR), Gebu Gity and Davao City, .PHASE ll is

the VALIDATION INTERVIEW for those who passed the Written Examination, the schedute of
which shall be announced after the release of the results of the Written Examination. Successful examinees in the Validation lnterview shall be conferred the Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE), the eligibility requirement for promotion to the third level ranks of police

lnterview for the Conferment Rites.
