Great article. One form of social technology I feel you may have missed is email - and most specifically how social gmail can be. With the ability to set one email up to all social networks, receive your google alerts, read feeds, share docs, bookmark, map and TONS of google gmail apps that allow simple organization of files and even the ability to use gmail as a online server - gmail above all is getting really social - way more social than your average email client. http://www.anthonycerreta.com
