Test de psihologic de stabilire a gradului de independen\u0163\u0103

Manipulat sau manipulator? Iat\u0103 o \u00eentrebare ce se pune cu necesitate \u00een rela\u0163iile
interpersonale: surs\u0103 de influen\u0163\u0103 \u015fi autoritate, imitator pasiv, receptor conformant \u015fi supus de
mesaje, reguli \u015fi norme, opozant activ (rezistent) la efortul de persuasiune. Suntem supu\u015fi tot
timpul, prin intermediul celor din jur (p\u0103rin\u0163i, educatori, \u015fefi, lideri spirituali) unui proces de
uniformizare. Aceasta se traduce prin cuvinte cum ar fi: socializare, \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are de modele culturale,
contagiune social\u0103.

Un posibil r\u0103spuns la presiunea social\u0103 poate fi \u00eensu\u015firea comportamentului conformist.
Motivele acestei achizi\u0163ii sunt diverse: pentru a evita etichet\u0103rile negative ale grupului, pentru a
interioriza valorile grupului de apartenen\u0163\u0103, pentru a ne identifica cu calit\u0103\u0163ile ce le apreciem la cei
din jur. Comportamentul conformist ne ap\u0103r\u0103 de conflicte \u015fi agresiuni, ne ofer\u0103 confort psihic,
posibilit\u0103\u0163i de manevr\u0103. Supunerea distructiv\u0103 \u00eens\u0103, suprim\u0103 individualitatea \u015fi distruge suportul
pozitiv al personalit\u0103\u0163ii. La cel\u0103lalt pol, indivizii care exercit\u0103 influen\u0163\u0103 \u015fi putere sunt adesea corup\u0163i
de propria lor putere. Faptul de a avea putere (pozi\u0163ie, post, cuno\u015ftin\u0163e, bani) argumenteaz\u0103 probabil
utilizarea acesteia pentru a exercita influen\u0163e, pentru a domina pe cel\u0103lalt.

Ob\u0163in\u00e2nd supunerea unii indivizi ajung u\u015for la un sentiment de stim\u0103 exagerat\u0103 de sine; la
distan\u0163area afectiv\u0103 \u015fi social\u0103 de ceilal\u0163i, la nevoia de a ob\u0163ine ascultare, de a manevra pe cei din jur.
\u00cempotriva presiunii dominatoare: cum promov\u0103m independen\u0163a, cum ripost\u0103m?

Ap\u0103rarea independen\u0163ei \u015fi libert\u0103\u0163ii de expresie poate fi sus\u0163inut\u0103 printr-o stare emo\u0163ional\u0103
negativ\u0103, prin restr\u00e2ngerea voluntar\u0103 a posibilit\u0103\u0163ilor de a alege, prin cenzur\u0103 personal\u0103, prin
argumentarea dorin\u0163ei de a fi unic.

\u00centre dorin\u0163a de a fi acceptat social \u015fi aceea de a p\u0103stra independen\u0163a \u015fi autonomia alegerii
exist\u0103 o gam\u0103 de nuan\u0163e. Este bine ca omul s\u0103 \u015ftie c\u00e2t mai exact unde se afl\u0103.

Testul de mai jos are drept scop de a descoperi gradul de independen\u0163\u0103 fa\u0163\u0103 de ceilal\u0163i, \u00een
ceea ce se face, se simte \u015fi se g\u00e2nde\u015fte. Se vor face 10 afirma\u0163ii fa\u0163\u0103 de care, gradat da la 1 la 5 se va
marca cea mai aproape de adev\u0103r, \u015ftiind c\u0103 1 \u00eenseamn\u0103 dezacordul, iar 5 acordul deplin cu
comportamentul descris:
