• PAEPL (Plan Source Architects And Engineers Private
Limited) is a subsidiary company of TPS (The Plan
Source) started in 2003 has around 10 employees.
• The company was the first in India to do outsourcing work
of land development in USA.
• It is also involved in consulting works in the USA.

 SUMMARY
TASK :-
The task is to do land development of individual and
commercial sites in the states of USA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
The person shall be responsible for the following tasks :-
•Doing the site layout.
•Best storm water management practices.
•Grading

•Environmental protection of the nearby areas.

•Adhering to the rules and regulation of the county.

•Talking to the clients of understanding their concerns about

the project and implementing of the best practices.

 QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Civil engineering (B.E., B.Tech or
Diploma)
• Min. of 65% in the degree course.
• Complete knowledge of AUTOCAD.
 LANGUAGE SKILLS
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common
and technical journals
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or
complaints from customers or members of
business community.
• Communicate well verbally, diagrammatically and
in writing
 MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
