P R O C E E D I N G SNovember 6, 2003MR. TYNAN: Good morning. We just checkedwith Dr. McKee’s office. He has been a little bitdelayed. He is on his way. I know some of you havesome travel commitments, so I thought perhaps, if youhave no objection, we might kind of condense the recapand say we had a nice day yesterday. I know I did. Iknow I learned quite a bit from the discussion and,certainly, I won’t go through all the topical areas. Itseems the discussions last night with the subcommitteeswent very well. In fact, they went more than the twohours. So I thought this morning, what we might do isjust get into the committee reports. I am apologizingin advance because I am going to be your typist for themorning, so I have two hats. I am going to be thesecretary as well as the typist. I won’t exactly vouchfor my skills in that regard, but why don’t we get intoCommittee Number 1 and start the discussion. If I couldask the Chairperson -- do we have the Chairperson? Dr.Carpenter. Okay. On second thought, we will wait justa moment. Why don’t we skip over to Number 2 and we
