It appears to show that a large amount of seawater was sucked up into the mushroom cloud, and this will have explained the black rain (Uranium particles in water droplets) which rained out on the veterans and resulted in their ill health. It is believed that this photograph was to be kept secret but was released by mistake. It is referred to in Dr Busby's evidence which was excluded from the case at the last minute.
