IFLOWS - Integrated Flood Observingand Warning System (IFLOWS) ProgramSummary Description: The NWS issoliciting requests to provide capitalfunds for the creation, refurbishment, orreplacement of Automated FloodWarning Systems (AFWS). The IFLOWSProgram is a joint undertaking by theNational Weather Service (NWS) andparticipating States to improve floodwarning capabilities.
