It continues to amaze us how Paraguayans livewith so little. In fact, it challenges us to livemore simply and less selfishly as well.However, blankets are a matter of life or deathfor some Paraguayans. They don’t haveheated homes and it gets into the 30s atwinter (May-August). It’s a wet, freezing coldthat chills me to the bone. We usually bundleup with three or four blankets at night.Because of your giftsyour giftsyour giftsyour gifts to the MV ChristmasProjects, we were able to buy 30 warmblankets to keep people (mainly children) cozythis winter. We know each of these folkspersonally and know that they did not haveblankets before this week. Since 2 are notChristians, we are using this gift to try and"warm” their hearts to the Gospel message.When they ask why we chose them, we tellthem that "Jesus loves them."We also purchased 19 farm tools and 40mosquito nets, thanks to YOU! We are going
