Senate Resolution No. 2681 
BY:

ESTABLISHING
a plan setting forth an itemized listof grantees for a certain appropriation for the2013-14 state fiscal year for grants-in-aid fordrug, violence, and crime control and preventionprograms; for grants that prevent domestic violenceor aid victims of domestic violence; grants forcivil or criminal domestic violence legal services;grants for law enforcement, anti-crime, anti-drug,crime prevention and treatment programs, as requiredby a plan setting forth an itemized list of granteeswith the amount to be received by each, or themethodology for allocating such appropriation. Suchplan shall be subject to the approval of thetemporary president of the senate and the directorof the budget and thereafter shall be included in aresolution calling for the expenditure of suchmonies, which resolution must be approved by amajority vote of all members elected to the senateupon a roll call vote RESOLVED (if the &HOUSE concur), That pursuant to and as required bymoneys appropriated in section 1 of chapter 53 of the laws of 2013 whichenacts the aid to localities budget, division of criminal justiceservices, crime prevention and reduction strategies program, localassistance account for grants-in-aid for drug, violence, and crimecontrol and prevention programs. Such funds shall be apportionedpursuant to a plan setting forth an itemized list of grantees with theamount to be received by each, or the methodology for allocating suchappropriation.
