SUBMITTALS A. Shop Drawings: Submit three (3) copies of shop drawings for Company Representatives approval. Completeness of shop drawings shall be sufficient to indicate compliance with the Construction Drawings and Specifications and to correlate with other materials. Provide a connection diagram which is fully dimensioned illustrating the complete irrigation piping layout. Include details of joints, attachments, and required clearances. PRODUCT DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING A. Deliver materials to the site in their original containers or unopened packages, clearly labeled with the manufacturer's name, product identification and lot number where appropriate. Protect all materials from damage during transit, handling, storage and installation.

PART 2 - PRODUCTS 2.01 PIPE, PIPE FITTINGS, AND JOINTS Pipe and pipe fittings shall be SASO SAS No. 14/15, Class 5, uPVC pipe or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) per ASTM D-3350, ASTM F-1248 and ASTM F-714. 2.02 VALVES A. Gate Valves: Shall be bronze ASTM B 62 body; bronze ASTM B 62 trim all wetted parts to contain less than 16% zinc; aluminum bronze ASTM B 150 grade 630 or Monel Stem, female threaded, ANSI B1.20.1 taper; Integral seats, threaded bonnet; Class 150; 04-SAMSS035 Inspection and Testing per 04SAMSS-048. Control Valves: Shall be valves, polyvinyl chloride (pvc) ASTM D1784 grade 12454-A body; polyvinyl chloride (pvc) ASTM D12454-A ball; soft seated, female threaded ANSI B1.20.1 taper; double true union body style; seat supported ball; 04-SAMSS-035; Inspection and Testing per 04-SAMSS-048; 690 kPa (110psi) at 50C(120F).

IRRIGATION SPECIALTIES A. Bubbler Heads: The bubbler shall be a self-pressure compensating type capable of providing a constant discharge at 0.14 to 0.62 MPa (20 to 90 psi). The pressure compensating bubbler shall be of a permanently assembled design constructed of durable heat resistant plastic with an integral rubber flow washer for regulating the discharge rate. The bubbler shall have an operating pressure range of 0.14 to 0.62 MPa (20 to 90 psi). Full circle, umbrella pattern, bubbler shall be Model No. 1404. Stream bubbler shall be end and center strip and half circle stream bubbler, Model No. 1501-SB-EST, 1502-SB-CST and 1502-SBH. The pressure compensating bubbler shall have a 12mm (1/2") female national pipe thread (FNPT) inlet for connecting to the piping system riser. The pressure compensating bubbler shall be as manufactured by Rain Bird Sprinkler Mfg. Corp. Glendora, CA. or approved equal. B. Backflow Preventer: The backflow preventer shall be a pressure vacuum breaker type with a pressure loss not to exceed 0.06 MPa (10 psi) and shall be suitable for supply pressure up to 1.034 MPa (150 psi). The backflow preventer body and bonnet shall be constructed of bronze, the hood and spring of stainless steel, the float of polyethylene and the vent and check discs of silicone rubber. The backflow preventer assembly shall include two gate valves for isolating unit and two test cocks for testing the unit to insure proper operation. C. Hose Connection Vacuum Breaker: Corrosion resistant brass and stainless steel construction with a durable rubber disc and a knurled tip stem for drainage of collected water. Valve Boxes for Timer and Gate Valves: The Valve Boxes for control valves and gate valves shall be HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Model 1419-13 (Non bolt) by Rain Bird or approved equal. E. Sprinkler Nozzle: Sprinkler nozzle shall be plastic MPR nozzle model No. 1800 series 12 and shall have a 12 mm () female national pipe thread (FNPT) inlet for connecting to the piping system riser. Sprinkler nozzle shall be as manufactured by Rainbird Sprinkler Mfg. Corp., Glendora, CA, USA or approved equal. PART 3 - EXECUTION 3.01 INSTALLATION A. Before installation, the pipe shall be inspected and defective, damaged and unsound pipe shall be removed from the Site and replaced with satisfactory pipe acceptable to Company Representative at no additional cost to SAUDI ARAMCO. The interior of the pipe shall be cleaned of all foreign material before installing and kept clean during laying operations by means of plugs, covers or other methods approved by the Company Representative. Install piping and piping accessories in accordance with SAUDI ARAMCO Engineering Standard, SAES-S-070.

FINAL TESTING AND ACCEPTANCE A. Prior to acceptance the CONTRACTOR shall test the system as specified herein and in accordance with SAUDI ARAMCO Engineering Standards and provision of UPC. Equipment and Materials for testing shall be provide by the CONTRACTOR.

Replace or repair damage materials, equipment and defective WORK as directed by Company Representative at no additional cost to SAUDI ARAMCO. END OF SECTION
